Cancellation Policy

If you elect to cancel your move with Veteran Van Lines LLC (“Broker”), you must provide written
notice of cancellation by email to info@veteranvanlines.com within forty-eight (48) hours of execution
of this Agreement.
 

If a cancellation request is received within forty-eight (48) hours of the original execution date of your
Payment, you shall be entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid, provided the move is not scheduled
to occur within seven (7) business days of the scheduled pickup date. If the move is booked within
seven (7) business days of the scheduled pickup date, all deposits shall be non-refundable.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the deposit constitutes compensation for administrative
services rendered immediately upon booking, including but not limited to scheduling, coordination,
broker services, carrier sourcing, documentation, and reservation of capacity, and that such services are deemed fully rendered upon execution of your deposit, this Payment.
 

Any deposit paid may be applied, at Broker’s sole discretion, as a credit toward a future move with
Veteran Van Lines LLC within twelve (12) months from the date of the original executed Payment.
All refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within thirty (30) business days following receipt of a valid
cancellation request submitted within the applicable refund window.
 

Any amended or updated contracts signed after the initial contract shall abide by the terms of the
original contract with respect to refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
The cancellation policy begins on the original booking date. Only cancellations submitted within forty-
eight (48) hours of that date shall be eligible for a refund, provided the move is not scheduled within
seven (7) business days of the original booking date.
 

By submitting your Payment, you expressly authorize Veteran Van Lines LLC to charge the deposit to
your selected payment method and acknowledge that such charge is valid and authorized. You expressly waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, services not rendered, or services not provided as agreed. Initiation of a chargeback in violation of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in additional liability for damages, costs, and expenses incurred by Veteran Van Lines LLC.
